Since its establishment in 1992, Suzhou Xinglu Air Separation Plant Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. has been rooted in the research and development, design and manufacture of cryogenic plants, and has grown into the pioneer of domestic cryogenic technology. For better and more comprehensive development, XLA established the Gas Station Investment Division in 2018, and upgraded the Remote Real-time Data Monitoring Platform to facilitate the management of multiple gas stations.
The picture below is an unattended nitrogen plant designed and manufactured by XLA for photovoltaic industry. The equipment was successfully started up in September 2020 and won praise from customers. The plant will provide high-purity nitrogen for cell production in the photovoltaic industry, guarantee cell production quality, and ensures the conversion rate of solar energy into electricity.
Out of trust, the customer signed an operation and maintenance contract with XLA as soon as the plant was put into operation, and XLA would carry out remote operation and maintenance in Suzhou, which created good conditions for on-site gas supply projects and user’s operation, maintenance, and management costs will be greatly reduced.
