Suzhou Xinglu Air Separation Plant has nearly 30 years of experience in the field of cryogenic air separation, with customers involving medical, metallurgy, petrochemical, electronics and other industries. The following picture shows the all-liquid air separation equipment designed and manufactured by XLA for a medical oxygen plant, which has now entered into the commissioning stage.
Two sets of all-liquid air separation equipment signed by Xinglu Air Separation Plant and Hebei Shijiazhuang Medical Oxygen Factory customer were successfully issued in May, and the total production capacity of two equipment exceeded 500 TPD. After continuous efforts of the professional installation team and the close cooperation of customers, the installation has been completed and the commissioning phase has been successfully entered. The equipment adopts Xinglu air separation patent process and standard compressor. Compared with the conventional liquid process, the compressor has less investment and shorter delivery period, which greatly helps saving investment cost.
Xinglu Air Separation Plant is equipped with professional installation and commissioning technical service personnel, who have accumulated rich field work experience over the years to provide guarantee for the stable operation of the equipment.
After the project is put into production, it will alleviate the gap in market demand for surrounding liquid products, help expanding the customer market, and stabilize gas supply.
