Industrial gas is known as the “blood” of industry, and gas consumption is closely related with the speed of economic development. Air separation equipment, one of the core equipment in the industrial field, is widely used to produce high-purity gas and is interdependent with industrial gas. The main constituents in the air are oxygen, nitrogen and argon, all existing as molecules. The most commonly used method is cryogenic separation. Firstly, compressing and cooling the air to liquidation, and then separate it in a rectification column since the difference of boiling point of each component. For example, when liquid air is boiling, nitrogen (boiling point: -196 deg C), which is easier to volatilize, will be vaporized first, and oxygen will be vaporized later

High Purity Oxygen Plant

With the development of industrial technology , high purity oxygen is widely used in many fields. Such as silicon wafer preparation, production of iron oxide plate, glass passivation treatment, optical fiber and electrovacuum components. Introduction of Cryogenic Nitrogen Plant

Nitrogen has a wide application as protection or seal gas to promote the product quality in various industries as metallurgy, petrochemical, electronics (including integrate circuit and kinescope), medicine, building material electro-magnetic, colored metal, textile, heat treatment and etc. Nitrogen can also be used as chemical raw materials, liquid nitrogen can be used for cold source needs. By cryogenic separation, both gas and liquid nitrogen could be produced with different pressure varying from 0.2MPa to 0.9Mpa. Meanwhile, producing nitrogen with two pressure stages simultaneously is available as well. Good news: The mounted unattended equipment designed and produced for European customers by Suzhou Xinglu Air Separation Plant Science and Technology Development company. After successfully passing the welding engineering inspection of the customer in October,  we have completed the debugging and acceptance of the customer in the factory. This set of equipment in line with the European Union production standards, the full set of CE standard certification. The following figure shows the equipment preparation in the factory before commissioning. Engineers from the European client company are at the commissioning site to inspect the equipment after 48 hours of stable operation.
