In the solar photovoltaic industry, argon has always occupied a large proportion of its production costs. Argon is a high-value product in the production of air separation plant. How to reduce the cost of argon has become the key to improve the competitiveness of solar photovoltaic industry.
From 2005, XLA has made in-depth research on the use of argon in solar photovoltaic industry. After a large amount of technical and financial investment, the first generation of crude argon recovery and purification device was successfully developed and applied in 2007.
After years of R&D and innovation, the second generation and the third generation of crude argon recovery, purification devices have been put into operation successively in Longji silicon energy in Yunnan Baoshan and Jingke energy in 2017-2018 respectively.which marks that the crude argon recovery and purification device developed and produced by XLA has become mature and has entered the market in an all-round way.

As for argon recovery plant, our company has been developing and improving continuously for so many years, and the product technology of generation after generation has been constantly updated.Now the fourth-generation argon recovery plant technology is mature, and the purification rate is higher. At present, the main industries involved are photovoltaic industry (monocrystalline silicon, polysilicon and ingot), semiconductor and stainless steel industry.
It marks that the crude argon recovery and purification device developed and produced by XLA has become mature and has entered the market in an all-round way.
