Condenser Evaporator reached by our company XLA and post-doctors of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics was successfully held. Professor-level senior engineer, evaluation experts Jiang Chubiao and Xi YongLong, the professor Si Haiqing of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Wang Qunfeng and Zhang Jianyun of Human Resources Service Center development zone, our general manager Xue Lu and our main technical backbone attended the opening review meeting.
During the meeting, our general manager Xue Lu firstly gave a welcome address and introduced the development course of our company and the condition of post-doctoral scientific research workstation.Then Miss Tian Shuling made an opening report of a research topic and made a comprehensive comment on the selected topic research contents, the key problems proposed to solve, research methods, experiment scheme and feasibility, and expected results. At the same time she also introduced the research background and current research situation of the project at home and abroad.Two professors Jiang Chubiao and XiYongLong separately gave the comments on key points of the research report and put forward suggestions. Experts agreed that this topic was very valuable and meaningful with strong pertinence and a very accurate target.Team members launched a heated discussion.Finally, professor Si Haiqing made a speech that the plan would be timely adjusted according to opinion of experts , and would apply the research results into products in the future and played its real role.
During the meeting, two leaders Wang Qunfeng, Zhang Jianyun from the human resources service center gave a high evaluation and affirmation on our company operation and management of the postdoctoral research station and put forward high hopes to the future development of the workstation.
Through this opening report, research group had a further understanding of the research on this topic, and were more aware of the importance of research on the company’s future development. All the team members were full of confidence to do a good job in the postdoctoral research and firmly believed this research would yield fruitful results with our joint efforts.
